Boise Municipal Health Care Trust offers dental coverage to eligible employees and their dependents. Dependents are defined as your spouse and/or dependent children up to the age of 26. Coverage begins the first of the month after date of hire.

Dental Coverage Overview

General employees working at least 20 hours per week have a choice of four dental plans.

Comprehensive, Core and Preventive Dental are through Delta Dental. The Dental Blue Connect is a partnership between Blue Cross and Willamette Dental. Plan documents and summaries can be found on Forms and Documents.

Employees may elect to enroll in dental coverage separate from medical. If you elect dental only coverage, you may use the opt-out incentive money to offset the dental contributions.
