Open Enrollment Begins November 1-15
***IMPORTANT***
The only benefit you will be required to renew this year is the FSA. If you are happy with your medical and dental benefits, and don't need to change/add dependents, you may skip open enrollment this year. However, there are a few changes to the health plans and the costs for the BCI PPO and all Delta Dental Plans will increase, the SLHP remains free!
Important: if you currently have an FSA or wish to add one, you will be required to make an election for 2026.
Thank you for taking time out of your day to complete this important task.
SLHP Information
Physician search link; from the network drop down box on the top right, choose Blue Cross of Idaho Carepoint/BMHCT and enter your zip code to search for physicians. Please note that Primary Health, Saltzer Health and many other independent providers are part of the St. Luke's network.
Once you find a provider you wish to visit you can call 208-381-2DAY. This team will be able to search and find the next available appointment with a Primary Care Physician (PCP) within St. Luke’s.
Looking for urgent care under the SLHP? You can check this list. You may also utilize OnDemand for virtual urgent care. This not only provides instant treatment, but the OnDemand team can also arrange a follow-up appointment, if necessary, with a PCP.
The SLHP is only available in the Treasure Valley. If you have children attending college or living elsewhere, or you travel extensively, you may want to choose the BCI plan.
