IMPORTANT! If you are adding a dependent, outside of open enrollment, please send an email to totalrewards@cityofboise.org notifying us of the addition. You have 30-days from date of birth or date of marriage to add family members to your insurance. You have the same time limit for any other life events. Additional documentation may be required.
If we do not receive notification from you about a life event within 30-days you will need to wait until open enrollment for the following plan year.
