Prescription Benefits
In the chart on the right, you will find the prescription drug coverage costs for both the St. Luke's and Blue Cross health plans. As you can see, there is no co-pay under the St. Luke's plan for generic prescriptions.
Contraceptives
The plan pays 100% of women's preventive prescription drugs. The day supply allowed is a maximum of 90 days at a time.
Diabetes Management Supplies
Insulin syringes/needles have no copayment if purchased within 90 days of insulin purchase. All other supplies will be subject to the copayment.
