Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides professional, confidential counseling help for personal problems at no cost to you. Your EAP delivers the best in professional knowledge and practice to produce improvements in quality of life, greater productivity and a healthy functioning workplace.
Tuition Reimbursement
The city provides a tuition reimbursement program to off-set the cost of taking approved college-level courses.
AFLAC
Benefit-eligible City of Boise employee you may choose to enroll in any of the plans that AFLAC offers. The city acts as a pass through for monthly premium payments.
Suicide Prevention
The Idaho Suicide Prevention Hotline provides crisis intervention, emotional support, problem solving, and referrals to local resources for persons at risk for suicide and for those concerned about them.
