As a benefit-eligible City of Boise employee you may choose to enroll in any of the plans that AFLAC offers. The City acts as a pass through for monthly premium payments. Your plan premiums will remain stable, meaning that AFLAC will not increase premiums based on claims paid to you. In addition to paying cash directly, AFLAC plans are fully portable; if you retire or change employers you may take the AFLAC plans with you.
